“Experience Traditional Restaurant in Kawagoe!! ～Making Sushi～”

Since Kawagoe and Edo have a long relationship, Edo's Cuisine Culture has passed down to Kawagoe along with urban culture.
You can experience making Sushi which is known as popular Japanese cuisine in the world.
Why don't you learn about the intricacies of Japanese traditional restaurant and cuisine, and try your own Sushi?

Date: Saturday, February 14th
Time: 14:00～16:00 (Assemble at 13:30 )
Place: Japanese restaurant “Kosushi” (1-13-7 Motomachi, Kawagoe)
Number of participant: 30
Participation fee: 2,000 yen (Sushi worth 5,000yen with some gifts)
Note: English speaking guide available

Program overview:
(1) Hospitality of Japanese traditional restaurant :
You can study Japanese hospitality such as service at the entrance.

(2) Lecture : Japanese cuisine and Sushi
You can learn about the etiquette points of Japanese cuisine.
　　　↓
(3) Sushi making and Dine together
You can make sushi under sushi chef's instruction.
　　　↓
(4) Lecture : How to use Furoshiki
You can learn about wrapping with textiles.
